Live at the Eccles

Live at the Eccles is a year-round series packed with live entertainment for everyone. In 2016, the Eccles Theater in Salt Lake City opened its doors. The Eccles, best known for its Broadway series, created a juxtaposed line-up of live shows that cater to those looking for anything from youth entertainment to dance-in-the-aisles rock and roll.

Katie was instrumental in rolling out and growing the brand by creating recognition, credibility and value. Overall consistency was key by establishing core brand objectives and styles including a signature color (Live at the Eccles red) which continues to be a key element and one of the most recognizable elements of the brand.

A branding campaign titled “EXPERIENCE Live at the Eccles” was launched in 2018 to educate target audiences about what the Live at the Eccles experience offers: a beautiful, state-of-the-art theater in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City surrounded by restaurants, bars and public transportation. No other concert venue in Utah offers such a well-rounded experience. The campaign visuals utilized a downtown setting, highlighting the theater in Live at the Eccles red. The campaign was mainly executed through digital and social media with supporting print. Google Adwords, organic and paid social posts, contesting (through social media, the Live at the Eccles website and in-person), give-aways and a brand-focused video drove ticket sales and grew the Live at the Eccles social platforms. An email lead generation portion of the campaign grew the Live at the Eccles marketing list to over 100,000.
